Why did my last import skip some rows?

Import #42 (spring_prices.xlsx) updated 1,236 products and skipped 6 rows:

• 4 rows — Price “abc” isn't a number (rows 88, 91, 140, 212).

• 2 rows — no ID, Handle or Title, so the product can't be matched (rows 301, 302).

Fix those cells and import the file again; the other rows are already applied.

What your assistant can do

How to connect

  1. In Bulkvane, open Settings → AI assistants and generate a token.
  2. Pick your app. Claude signs in with the server URL and your token; Cursor installs in one click; ChatGPT Desktop and other MCP apps take the URL and an Authorization header.
  3. Ask a question. The assistant chooses the right Bulkvane tool.

Privacy

Bulkvane doesn't send your data to an AI model on its own. When you connect an assistant, the answers you ask for are sent to that assistant under its provider's terms. We never use your data to train AI models.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants use tools from other apps. Bulkvane's MCP server gives your assistant a safe, read-only set of tools for your Bulkvane data.

What counts as an AI assistant action?

Starting an export, running a template, counting records and the catalog health report. Looking up jobs, templates, errors and your plan is free. Free includes 5 actions a month; paid plans 500 to 10,000.

Can the assistant change my store?

No. The tools are read-only for your store. It can start exports, which only read data.

How do I disconnect an assistant?

Revoke its token under Settings → AI assistants. Every session signed in with that token ends at once.
